Alexia Khadime Will Re-Join Wicked

Alexia Khadime Will Re-Join Wicked as Elphaba replacing Kerry Ellis. Khadime previously took over when Ellis did a stint in the role in the Broadway production. On May 11 Sam Kelly and Natalie Anderson will join the London company of Wicked, which recently celebrated its 1,000th performance at the Apollo Victoria Theatre.

Kelly will take over as The Wizard (from Desmond Barrrit), and Anderson will step into the role of Nessarose (succeeding Caroline Keiff). Alexia Khadime will also re-join the company as Elphaba on that date, replacing Kerry Ellis.

Current cast ensemble members Alex Jessop and David Stoller will, respectively, succeed Jeremy Legat and Andy Mace as Boq and Doctor Dillamond. Dianne Pilkington (Glinda), Oliver Tompsett (Fiyero), Harriet Thorpe (Madame Morrible), Ahsleigh Gray (standby for Elphaba) and Sarah Earnshaw (standby for Glinda) have all extended their contracts.

Wicked tickets are currently available in serveral cities worldwide, the longest-running international show, however, is the one currently playing in London at the West End’s Appolo Victoria Theatre.

London fans are excited to soon be welcoming Alexia Khadime back for the role of Elphaba in Wicked.
